These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Premier Digital Signs website, software, digital signage platform, related applications, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use Premier Digital Signs for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your displays, your users, and all content uploaded, linked, streamed, or displayed through your account.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Premier Digital Signs the limited permission necessary to host, process, cache, transmit, resize, display, and otherwise use that content solely to provide and operate the service.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, advertising, consumer-protection, or other laws. You must obtain any releases, licenses, permissions, or consents needed for customer photos, testimonials, music, videos, reviews, logos, or other third-party content.

Prohibited Use

• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Uploading malware or attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
• Using content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization.

Fees and Billing

Paid services are subject to the pricing, billing terms, plan limits, and other commercial terms presented to you when you subscribe or otherwise agree to service. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable for service already provided. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Service Availability

We work to keep Premier Digital Signs available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet outages, third-party services, hosting providers, device problems, maintenance, software updates, and events outside our control may affect availability.

Third-Party Services

Premier Digital Signs may integrate with or display content from third-party services, websites, APIs, streaming providers, communications providers, payment processors, or other platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risks, abuse, material violations of these Terms, or conduct that could harm our systems, customers, or reputation. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any agreed billing or contractual obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Premier Digital Signs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of another person or organization, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Governing Law

Unless another written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
