All of our devices come set up with the Player App installed but will need to be connected to your internet either thorough a plugged in cable or on your WiFi. If you plug it in with a cable you do not need to do anything else. For Wifi follow the video below.

Many issue with the device can be solved by just restarting the device. This can be domne with the power button on the remote or unplugging the device from the power outlet and then plug it back in and wait for it to restart. You can also check your network settings to make sure you are connected to the internet. If you are still getting problems you can find you issue and the fix below.
If the display is flashing quickly with what looks like a message bar in the center you can go on to your admin page. Near the bottom you will see the reset video list button. Click that and your device should clear and redownload all videos and work correctly.
If the app is restarting after the first video you can tell by the logo page coming up repeatedly and only playing the first video, or part of the first video. To easily fix this put your controlleer into mouse mode. Use the arrow buttons to move the mouse to the bottom of the screen on the bottom text and click the ok button. This should force boot and reset the videos and it should work correctly after that.
